To place an order via fax, please fill out the downloadable Fax Order Form. Please be careful to fill out all contact information accurately and then fax the form to (403) 995-4434.

Order by mail

To place an order by mail, please download the Fax Order Form and fill out all necessary order and contact information. For mail orders, payment can be made by filling out the section for Credit Card information, or by including a cheque for the full amount of the order.
